"Smile Shapers Specializes in Beautiful Smiles"



Any dentist who calls her practice “Smile Shapers” definitely takes the name seriously.  Dr. Eva Goriee opened her practice with that name four months ago and is working hard to live up to the expectations the name brings.

 

“I wanted a name that would convey the cosmetic part of our dentistry, where we can reshape someone’s smile if they’re so inclined,” Dr. Goriee says.  Although the practice is a full service dental practice serving all ages, Dr. Goriee admits she loves cosmetic dentistry because it allows her to be artistic and really help some of her patients change their lives.

 

“I have had patients who are very self-conscious because of their teeth,” she says, “and after they’ve had a procedure such as veneers done, they become more confident and smile more often.” 

 

Veneers are just one of the cosmetic procedures Dr.Goriee handles, along with lumineers and custom bleaching.  She utilizes the Advanced Power Zoom, because it is the “most effective system” she has ever come across.”  The tastefully decorated brand new facility on M-59 and Mound Roads has state-of-the-art equipment, such as digital x-rays, and also has a relaxed atmosphere.

 

“We pamper our patients,” Dr. Goriee adds.  “We have headphones, CD’s, neck pillows, and even a paraffin hand dip coming soon.”  They use lavender spray on the headrests in the exam rooms to add an aromatherapy feel of relaxation to the dental experience.

 

“The interaction with the patients,” is Dr. Goriee’s favorite part of dentistry.  “Listening to their needs and concerns and addressing those issues” is an important aspect to being a good dentist and very gratifying to Dr. Goriee and her friendly staff. "
